The startup plans to utilize the fresh funding to bolster its research initiatives and develop advanced proprietary technology. Furthermore, it will line-up its products, bolster its business development efforts and double the employee count over the next 12 months. With the investment, HPCL has joined the board of directors of the company.

“Tranzmeo is a uniquely positioned technology company with significant growth opportunity and we will work together to scale the business,” said Sanjay Kumar, chief of general business development at HPCL.

Founded by Safil Sunny, Tranzmeo has worked on AI and deep tech to develop ‘T-connect OneView’, a self-learning data-driven comprehensive anomaly forensic application that runs on data streams to impact energy companies.

“The old techniques of calendar-based maintenance or reactive maintenance will never be sufficient for this competitive landscape. It’s time to look forward to self-healing and auto fault detecting systems- It’s time for smart industries,” said Sunny.

Using real-time machine data, T-connect OneView streams the information to learn machine behaviour and predict anomalies. The app is capable to classify the type of failure from the incoming data stream and generate alerts in advance.
