New Delhi, 24th October 2018 – India Accelerator, the only GAN-partnered accelerator in India, has announced the second edition of IA Demo Day in association with HDFC Bank. India Accelerator’s Demo Day is the culmination of accelerator programmes where founders of graduated startups are given an unprecedented opportunity to present their startup ideas to investors, technologists, strategists, mentors and media houses.

After the huge success of India Accelerator’s Winter 2018 Demo Day, the second edition will feature IA’s most recent startups from varied fields such as Lawyered from legal space, Galaxy Card in FinTech,  Insurance Samadhaan from Insurance, Kuants from algorithmic trading, and CabBazaar, an aggregator.

With over 70+ investors, the Demo Day will be a platform for startup founders to share their vision with a select set of investors; while the attendees get to meet  industry change-makers and network with other like-minded, top-tier investors and corporate strategists from the likes of Lightspeed India which has a global presence and has partnered with over 300 companies.

Eight Roads Ventures, Gems Capital, SAIF Partners are other global investing companies who will be a part of the Demo Day. Additionally, among other attendees, GrowX Ventures which invests liberally in early-stage startups and are industry-agnostic, Titan Capital, with more than 50 years of collective experience in the investment domain.

Apurva Chamaria and Rishabh Mehta, who are among the top angel investors in India, shall also be a part.

India Accelerator recognizes the importance of building a growth-oriented startup ecosystem, and through its initiatives such as the IA Programme and co-working space, it aims to help build that for the Startups here.

Ashish Bhatia and Mona Singh, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accelerator Office of IA respectively, shared their vision of creating an ecosystem that would help other startups realize their dreams, and are working steadily to make that happen.

India Accelerator is a seed-stage accelerator program that helps startups grow from GOOD to GREAT. It’s a structured program that can bring the building blocks for a startup under one roof – the much-needed mentorship, the network, the technology, the peripheral services (like legal, financial etc) and last but not the least, the capital. It is the ONLY GAN partnered, mentorship-driven, program in India.
