The celeb sent a video saying ‘Mr. Agrawal, Nihal admires you for what all he has achieved with the company thus far and you have been instrumental in helping him garner the skills he possesses today. He will forever be indebted to you for these amazing 8 years with the company which wouldn’t have been possible without your tutelage. For his betterment, he found an opportunity elsewhere and would appreciate it if you respect his decision to move on and take up new challenges. He will be one of your own as skills that you taught him will be with him in whatever he pursues now on. I think you should allow him this chance..’ and so on.

Millennials are always on the hunt for innovative ways to surprise their superiors and what better way than this. Nihal simply went on to and selected the favorite celeb of the boss to help him do this from a range of over 1200+ celebrities. This not only got him a smooth exit but his unique resignation is ingrained in the organization archives forever.
