The startup was initially bootstrapped but has recently raised $1.5 mn in seed funding led by India Quotient.

NeoBiz, which plans to address the sales growth needs of more than 60 million SMEs spread across 700+ districts, is in its pre-launch phase and aims to go live within the next few weeks. The product is designed to help business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and agents to streamline their day-to-day sales management to drive business growth. NeoBiz is an easy-to-use mobile CRM that stores all customer information and enables better customer engagement with the help of multichannel communication. It supports channels like SMS, Phone, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging. With its state-of-the-art features, it strives to bring efficiency in the management of sales tasks.
