Ramjal Meena, a 34-year-old security guard at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), gets support from NeoStencil, an online platform for UPSC/IAS exam preparation, for his dream to become IAS officer and serve the government. Ramjal recently successfully cleared the JNU entrance exam and will be pursuing a BA (Honours) in the Russian language.
